Ray Alexander

The Stella Nova V-31 was the creation of Raymond Alexander. He was inspired by a boat he saw named the "Alpha Z." Raymond has always had special feelings for wood. He built his first wood boat when he was a young man. It took Raymond 22 months to build the prototype of the Stella Nove V-31. He and his wife still have that boat, and they like to take it out on lake Coeur D' Alene, in Coeur D' Alene, Idaho.

Raymond built the prototype in his 4-car garage in California. When he decided he wanted to build more boats, he and wife moved to Washington State and started Alexander Boats. He wanted Alexander Boats to be a small "boutique" type business, so he has a small crew.

The boats are hand-crafted, so yearly production is limited—which means once the word gets out that these beauties exist, there will be a waiting period. So order yours now!
